Exchange Policy 

How To Return An Item for exchange.


Because these are custom made products, no refunds will be issued. Exchanges however will be considered if the item you received is of poor quality or composition. Damaged in transit items of course will be exchanged. damaged or poor quality items must be returned to our office.

1. Please email peter@acesdeals.biz to request an exchange and we will assign you a RMA #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Customer is responsible for shipping back and Aces Deals will pay to ship back replacement.

If your item is defective, you may exchange it within 10 days of purchase.
